Everything you Need to Know

We want you to relax and safely enjoy our big day. We have arranged for transportation to and from The Vanderbilt and the Glen Manor House.

Shuttles will depart the Vanderbilt at 3:30 and 3:45pm and will arrive at Glen Manor House just after 4pm.

For those who prefer to drive themselves, parking is available at the Glen Manor House: please arrive no earlier than 4pm.

Your children are welcome to join us during the welcome party and morning brunch. Unfortunately, guests under the age of 21 cannot attend the wedding or after party. Should you need recommendations for childcare, we would be happy to discuss and suggest options.

Our venue has limited space, so we can only accommodate the guest(s) listed on your invitation.

Don’t let the dress code stress you out. Our goal for the weekend is to celebrate and have fun! Straight off a plane or out of a kayak, we ultimately care that you join us in what makes you feel great!

The Night Before (Welcome Party) - Coastal Cocktail

Upscale yet relaxed and summery, we look forward to celebrating together as we kick off this special occasion!

Women can opt for cocktail or midi dresses in refined fabrics - jumpsuits and tailored separates are also perfect. Men should lean toward lightweight blazers or button-downs (but feel free to skip the tie) with tailored pants or chinos.

The Morning of (Saturday Brunch) - As you are

PJs from rolling out of bed, swimsuits for lounging by the pool, athleisure for exploring the Cliff Walk—whatever fits your plans for the day, come as you are! All are welcome!

The Main Event (The Wedding) - Black-Tie

This one is more straightforward: gentlemen, grab your tuxedos. Ladies, let your style shine in a stunning floor-length gown: summery colors and floral prints are encouraged for our garden celebration! For inspiration photos, take a look at this pinterest.

If you are interested in rental options, we recommend using services like The Black Tux (for tuxedos) and Rent The Runway (for gowns).

To make packing easier, you may have your rental delivered straight to The Vanderbilt.

For those checking in, we will have your items delivered to your room so they are there upon arrival. For those with other accommodation plans, we will have your rentals set aside for you to pick up at the Welcome Party on Friday night.
